Available for single and double-flap models across multiple Hale pet door installations—including doors, walls, panels, sash windows, screens, and single-pane through-glass doors—these replacement flaps offer a straightforward upgrade. 

For a single flap Door, Wall, Panel and Sash models: you will need to choose the outside mount version in the menu.

For double flap Door, Wall, Panel and Sash models: you can replace the inside and/or outside (or both), depending on which ones need replacing.

For Screen pet door models you will choose the inside mount.  

For Single pane Through Glass models you will choose the inside mount.  

If adding an extra flap to convert from a single flap to a double flap: you will need to order the inside mount.

Training flaps are intended for temporary use while the pet is getting used to their new door. We recommend these flaps for more timid, reluctant pets. Each one consists of thin vinyl strips with no real sealing capability. They are easier to use but should be replaced with a standard flap for better insulation performance when training is complete. They do not include any of the extra hardware that comes with standard flaps.

Installation is simple, with all necessary hardware included. Measure your current flap's outside frame to confirm sizing, or contact customer service for a custom-fit option. Replacing a worn flap is an easy way to maintain your pet door’s performance while ensuring your home stays comfortable and secure.
